Tai Chi for arthritis and Qi Gong will run for 8 weeks until October 25th from 6-7pm ET.

Tai Chi has its roots in traditional Chinese martial arts. It is a practice that incorporates slow, gentle movements, focused attention on core breathing and mental concentration, which helps to improve balance, coordination, posture, and flexibility. It is generally considered a good practice to improve overall wellbeing.
