Morning Midweek Meditation with Trish

Meditation is a wonderful way to relax, release and align with the Divine presence within. Coming together to share in that centering experience, we help to create waves of peace and love that make a difference not just in ourselves, but also in the world around us. During each gathering, we will spend just a few minutes creating our intention. The remainder of the time will be spent in silent contemplation in group meditation.
